Can I make my dirt bike street legal in mo

Hey everyone I got a new rokon and I'm trying to figure out if I can make it street legal here in mo. I asked the hwy patrol and they said you cant legally do it. but I've heard of people doing it a lot so I'm not sure if he just doesnt know how to do it or what. but I've read online you need a horn headlights high and low and brake lights and that's it. but I'm not sure how I go about getting my plate any info would be much appreciated thanks.

You need a title that does not state for off road use only. Can you get DOT legal tires for it? Why would you want a street legal Rokon?

Just to get around town mainly without worrying about getting a ticket lol do I need to have the hwy patrol inspect it the tires dont say for off road use only so I was told by a mechanic I'd be good on the tires

I know that's true for KS but I haven't heard that that applies to MO. I think it's still possible in MO with the mods he listed.
